As you may be aware that since the launch of RTI campaign UPVAN has completed its 2 phases of the campaign and had entered the third phase in August 07 that is currently being run and is coming to an end by March 08. Talking about the third phase that was focused on organizing sensitization workshops for creating awareness generation about the campaign among the youths in different Universities & Colleges across 55 districts in U.P. by the trained JAN SOOCHNA SAINIK. For the implementation of the third phase members were asked to send a proposal for the no. of workshops that they could organize in their respective districts for which the maximum limit set for each member organizations for organizing these workshops were 5 and out of 257 members 84 member organizations sent their proposal for organizing these sensitization workshops. Out of the total proposals received it could be said that approx 500 sensitization workshops on RTI Campaign would be organized across U.P. Thereafter resource materials developed by UPVAN Secretariat for organizing such workshops under RTI Campaign was disseminated to these organizations.

Till date through these sensitization workshops approx 40, 000 students are sensitized across U.P. through the support and efforts of 15-member organizations and the exact no are yet to be quoted Pictorial Presentation of the districts were sensitization workshops were organized
