prepared a Report on ground level reality of the State
implementation Strategy form three major poverty alleviation
programs :-
•
The Schemes under Study has been centrally sponsored.
The major financial allocations have also been from
the Central Government. But the State could not fulfilled
the total need of implementing staff.
•
Weak publicity and field extension of the Schemes could
not cover the desired target and area and people in
majority were found unaware to them.
•
The quality and quantity of the nutrients as well as
food grains are not in consonance with the physical
need of the children and daily consumption requirement
of the people & villages
•
Home visits have not been taken up properly; therefore
the needy village house holds could not be benefit.
•
Lack of coordination with the local Panchayat Governance
the programs implementations remained away from village
participation.
