UPVAN in collaboration with VANI organized a one-day state level workshop at Sahbhagi
Shikshan Kendra Lucknow, regarding the National Policy on Voluntary Sector its proper implementation and formulate some strategy to broadbase the concept of among the CSOs. The program was designed in two phases as panel discussion where the panel members shared their views on the concerned topics along with the open session where the suggestions of the participants were invited. In the first session the discussion is going on with National Policy on Voluntary Sector and the second one was based on Self Disclosure : Governance in Voluntary Sector. This workshop was coordinated by Programme coordinator Mr. Anupam Pandey and assisted by Ms. Preeti Srivastava UPVAN.

Objectives of the Meeting: -
• Discussion on State Level National Policy on Voluntary Sector.
• Self Disclosure : Governance in Voluntary Organizations.

First Session :-

Mr. Chandrashekher Vyas , Executive Director UPVAN started the workshop with a welcome note to participants and penalist and then invited them on the Dias :-
1- Mr. Paresh Tiwari Chief Executive Officer VANI New Delhi,
2- Mr. Manish Sisodia, KABIR New Delhi,
3- Mr. Janardan Tripathi, Secretary UPVAN and
4- Mr. K.N. Tiwari, Treasurer UPVAN as a panelist for the first session.

After this Programme Coordinator UPVAN Mr. Anupam Pandey presented a presentation on declared National Policy. In this presentation he highlighted these points :-

Objectives:

Participation in Development To Empower Voluntary Sector
After this presentation a open session declared by Executive Director UPVAN. In this session all participants had invited to give their suggestions. Those participants who give their suggestions are as below :-

1- Mr. Ashok Singh, SSK Lucknow.
2- Mr. Anupam Pandey, Agrani Foundation Lucknow
3- Mrs. Neelam Prabhat, GEAG Lucknow.

At the last of this session a committee of eight members declared to draft a State level National Policy on Voluntary Sector. The name of the committee members are as below :-

3- Mr. Ambrish Kumar, Gram Unmesh Sansthan, Banda

7- Mr. Devendra Mishra, Shashwat Sahbhagi, Sitapur
8- Mr. Anupam Pandey, Agrani Foundation Lucknow.

Second Session :-

In this session Dr. Chandrashekher Vyas describes about the session and addressed that this session is based on the process which we should adopt for our organizations accountability and transparency. He invited the panelist for this session who are :-

2- Mr. Manish Sisodia, Kabir New Delhi,
3- Mrs. Neelam Prabhat, GEAG, Lucknow.

In this session Dr. Vyas presented a presentation on Transparency policy on Voluntary sector and give a pictorial suggestion-
